GoPerform Academy

Youth strength and conditioning sessions for 13-16 year olds.

Price £115 for a 6-week block

We are offering aspiring school age athletes an opportunity to develop specific training techniques for their chosen sport.

Being stronger, faster, and fitter improves performance, reduces injury risk, and builds key physical skills that will benefit their long-term development. Each week the young athletes will cover the core themes of strength and conditioning, including sprint technique, agility, plyometrics, and lifting.

There are a limited number of spaces on this programme as we want to maintain small group sizes in order to deliver the best possible coaching.

Saturdays at 10:00AM

Our next block of the GoPerform Academy Youth Programme starts on the morning of Saturday the 6th November and will run over 6 weeks.

BSc (Hons) Sport & Exercise Science

Originally from Market Harborough, Jonny graduated with a first class degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Bath. 

Having had an exceptional year on our graduate internship programme we were delighted to offer him a permanent position in August 2021. He will take the lead on physiological testing, developing young athletes, and will continue to work as a performance coach offering 1-1 training, and coaching on our Elevate and Rehab Programmes.
