ScarWork is a specialised manual treatment to help patients with scar tissue, fibrosis, adhesions and changes in tissue health following surgery and radiotherapy.
It is a gentle treatment with powerful effects. It can help to release scar tightness, improve joint mobility, reduce sensitivity and pain, improve tissue healing after surgery and help emotional recovery following a surgery or trauma through the use of therapeutic touch.

BTEC (5) SRMT, MSMA
Petra is a graduate of the Oxford School of Sports Massage (BTEC 5), a qualified ScarWork practitioner and a member of the Sports Massage Association. She has extensive experience working with the sporting population particularly with distance and endurance athletes. She specialises in scarwork, pregnancy and post natal massage and also works remedially with those suffering with chronic health conditions.
MSc MSST
Heidi Zymela is a post graduate Sports Therapist with an MSc from Buckinghamshire New University where she continues to work as an associate lecturer. Prior to sports therapy she had lots of experience as a personal trainer and exercise referral specialist. She is great at combining high quality hands on treatment with an effective rehabilitation plan.
