How can we deliver on all aspects of our lives consistently, optimally and persistently? One secret weapon that can help us with having the energy to deliver, when it matters, is sleep.

Dr Sarah Gilchrist is an exercise physiologist and sleep expert. This seminar will draw context from her previous roles in high performance sport where the need for optimal delivery is constant. You will learn helpful sleep strategies that can benefit your delivery at home, work and in a sporting context.

Tuesday morning training for 8-12 year olds during the school holidays

Price £5/child

Learn to jump, twist, land and move! These fun, action packed 50 minute sessions take place during school holidays. All of our staff

are DBS checked and experienced at helping children of all confidence levels enjoy the session. Parents are welcome to stay and watch.
