These sessions are for kids aged 8-12 and involve movement based games, circuits and conditioning exercises.

| Details | These fun, action packed 50 minute sessions take place during school holidays. All of our staff are DBS checked and experienced at helping children of all confidence levels enjoy the session. Parents are welcome to stay and watch or can pop over to the climbing centre cafe (next door) and enjoy some time out. |
