This multi-faceted 8 week performance programme includes pre and post programme physiological testing. Each individual undertakes the following 3 step process:

Price £395 (plus VAT)

1). Initial 12 Point Performance Testing (client to pick as many as they desire to be measured).  

  • Treadmill walk test or VO2 Max Test (hard)
  • Acceleration Test
  • Speed Test
  • Jump Testing (power)
  • Nutrition Health measurement
  • Body Fat measurement
  • Body Weight measurement
  • Work related stress questionnaire
  • Flexibility Testing
  • Movement efficiency testing

2). 8 weeks of individualised coached training at GoPerform (16 sessions).

3). Post Programme Testing (re-visiting the initial tests). 

Health and Fitness Assessment

A single individual assessment to measure current health and fitness.

  • Movement screen: posture, flexibility, exercise capacity 
  • Cardiovascular test:  Submaximal VO2 testing

Executive testing

A tailored and extended individualised 12-week package for executives.

  • Extended physiological / health / stress profiling (including aerobic capacity, HRV testing)

Team Workshops

Bespoke, interactive workshops with a focus on nurturing physical and mental health.

Luke Anthony

Clinical Director & Physiotherapy

MCSP, HCPC, AACP, BSc (Hons), MSc (Sports Physiotherapy)

Luke is a highly respected MSK Physiotherapist with 19 years of experience working full time in professional sport. Having qualified from Kings College London in 1996 he went on to work at The Royal London Hospital before joining Watford football club going on to lead the medical department.  

He obtained a Masters degree in Sports Physiotherapy from University College London before moving on to work as first team physiotherapist at Gloucester Rugby. Luke joined Reading FC in 2007 where he became Head of Sports Medicine.  His most recent role was with Norwich City as Injury Prevention Specialist.

Soft Tissue & Performance Therapy

Dan is an experienced sport rehabilitator and soft tissue therapist. He has 15 years of experience working across a variety of sports, including Rugby, Hockey, Ice Hockey and most recently with Reading FC and Derby County FC.

Dan is a BASRaT registered Graduate Sport Rehabilitator. After completing his Sport Rehabilitation degree in 2003 he went on to develop a specialism in soft tissue and performance therapy. He enjoys the challenge of working with a range of people from elite athletes through to individuals living with pain and chronic health conditions. As a Regional Director of the Sports Massage Association he is committed to improving the quality of Soft Tissue Therapy provision in the UK.

Tristan Baker

BSc, MSc (Strength & Conditioning), ASCC, CSCS

Tristan heads up our athletic performance department, he is a Loughborough University Sports Science graduate with an MSc in Strength and Conditioning from St Mary's University. 

Tristan has coached national and international athletes competing in Football, Formula 1, Athletics and Lacrosse as well as amateurs and professionals in Mixed Martial Arts, Rugby and Tennis. He is an accredited member of the UK Strength and Conditioning Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
