Luke Anthony

Luke is a highly respected MSK Physiotherapist with 19 years of experience working full time in professional sport. Having qualified from Kings College London in 1996 he went on to work at The Royal London Hospital before joining Watford football club going on to lead the medical department.  

He obtained a Masters degree in Sports Physiotherapy from University College London before moving on to work as first team physiotherapist at Gloucester Rugby. Luke joined Reading FC in 2007 where he became Head of Sports Medicine.  His most recent role was with Norwich City as Injury Prevention Specialist. In 2017, alongside Dan Buchanan he set up GoPerform one of the first facilities of it's type in the UK. 

Sarah Holmes

Sarah is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with 12 years of experience working across a diverse range of sports. 

During several years with the English Institute of Sport she worked with the GB Triathlon and Fencing teams and also worked in a multi-sports capacity with elite swimming, hockey, athletics, bobsleigh, rugby, para-triathlon, para-rowing and para-athletics. She has also worked with Reading FC, England Men's U19's and continues to work for the FA with the Girls U15-18's development groups. 

Sarah has an additional MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine and is a ACPSEM Silver Accredited Physiotherapist, she is a member of Reading Athletics Club and a good level distance runner.

Kate is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a first class BSc (Hons) degree and 8 years of experience working in the NHS across a range of specialist services including recently working as a hand specialist. Prior to qualifying as a physiotherapist Kate worked as a personal trainer and sport massage therapist. She is known for her holistic approach to patient care and blends manual therapy techniques with personalised rehabilitation plans to optimise recovery and performance. 

Lyndsay Fitzgerald

Lyndsay is a highly skilled musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who qualified from Cardiff University in 2005. She gained extensive experience working in the NHS in South Wales specialising in MSK outpatients before moving to the Police Rehabilitation centre in Oxfordshire. In 2014 Lyndsay completed an MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy and gained accreditation to the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists

Lyndsay is an accredited PINC and STEEL cancer rehabilitation practitioner, the primary aim of PINC and STEEL is to improve strength, quality of life and the sense of wellbeing in patients diagnosed with cancer. She has a special clinical interest in shoulders, running injuries and cycling. She competed at an international level as a hurdler and now enjoys competing as a competitive cyclist for the Jam Cycling Racing Team.

Dan qualified from Brunel University with a first class honours BSc degree in Physiotherapy in 2016. He has since worked within a range of specialisms in the NHS, including post surgery rehabilitation, outpatient care and with sports injuries. 

Alongside clinics with us, Dan works in the NHS as a clinical specialist of shoulder and elbow conditions, carrying out advanced assessment and treatment of complex injuries.

Nick Geen

Nick is a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist and holds a physiotherapy degree from Oxford Brookes University. Since graduating he has a range of experience working across MSK settings including Flint House Police Rehabilitation Centre, working with the Reading FC academy and in NHS outpatients. 

Nick has a special interest in orthopaedics and also works at the Circle Hospital in Reading managing post operative rehabilitation, helping patients back to full function and return to sport.
