Tristan Baker | Head of Performance at GoPerform

Tristan Baker

Head of Performance

Tristan heads up our athletic performance department, he is a Loughborough University sports science graduate with an MSc in Strength and Conditioning from St Mary's University. 

Tristan has worked in professional football and Formula 1, as well as with athletes competing in rugby, lacrosse, tennis, athletics and mixed martial arts. He is an accredited member of the UK Strength and Conditioning Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Ed Clark

Ed Clark


Ed is our Performance Nutritionist. We first worked together at Reading FC where he joined us from Tottenham. He has also worked in athletics. He specialises in nutrition strategies for performance and recovery from injury. As well as offering 1-2-1 consultations he will work directly with our Transform and Corporate programmes. 

Following his Sports Science degree he completed an MSc and IOC Diploma in applied Sports Nutrition. He is a member of the BDA and is on the Sports and Exercise Nutrition Register
